So this is my first attempt at a
Croquembouche it is filled with vanilla cream & coated with a chocolate toffee
and a sprinkle of icing sugar, it was delicious and it went down extremely well with the family. It is the perfect sharing dessert and definitely one who everyone enjoys and can indulge in. I completed this towards the end of 2011, so think it is time to for my second attempt. Too make this even better next time I am going to make it twice as high with twice as much cream, chocolate & toffee.
